     In my Classroom, all my students and I love our peace corner. That is the best place for us to stay when we feel tired, stressed, angry, or sad. The purpose of a peace corner is to create an inviting place for a child to find peace. Peace corner is also called a calm down corner. Therefore, Calm Classroom will be the perfect fit in my Classroom. 

    In today’s world, daily life stressors can cause children and adults alike to feel frustrated, overwhelmed, and anxious. Calm Classroom provides practical mindfulness-based tools to help us manage stress and achieve emotional well-being throughout the day by activating the body’s relaxation response. When we’re feeling focused, relaxed, and energized, we are empowered. At school, we usually take three deep breaths before we start our day; it helps me calm down and prepare for the day. The Calm classroom offer 3 mins scripted mindfulness techniques every day, which works perfectly in Classroom.

The Benefits of  a Calm Classroom

      I do believe that the daily practice of mindful breathing, stretching, focusing, and relaxation exercises cultivates a greater sense of self-awareness, mental focus, and emotional resilience within educational spaces.
